op/ed illustration for new york times

We just completed an illustration for The New York Times op/ed section to accompany the opinion piece by Kevin Ashton, “Finding a Flash Drive in the Sea,” about how satellite technology has fallen far behind communication technology on the ground, and how that lag effects airline communications and ability to locate planes.
